Chairman and Managing Director – Mr. Gunish C. Jain

As a founder director of RDPL, Gunish brings with him extensive technical and business knowledge. He has had experience in working with large ERP applications both in India and the US. He has successfully run a multi million dollar manufacturing business. " At the core of RDPL lies our philosophy of striving to add value to our customers and being able to rapidly respond to their ever changing needs. This belief has enabled us to thrive and grow ever since we started our journey."

Gunish has a Bachelors Degree in Computers from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Apart from being on boards of numerous government and industry trade associations, he is also a guest faculty at National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi.

Joint Managing Director – Mr. Avanish C. Jain

Avanish has over 20 years experience in the apparel manufacturing business where he has been involved in developing and managing an organization of over 2,000 people. He has helped shape RDPL’s business strategy and provided leadership and guidance to sales and marketing team at RDPL.

Avanish has a bachelors degree from Delhi University and an MBA from Birla Institute of Management and Technology, New Delhi.

Director, Technology – Mr. Sajeev VJ

Sajeev is our technology whiz. Sajeev has worked with technologies across the spectrum. He has worked with teams across the world. He is responsible for shaping the technology and is the "Chief Technology Mentor" at RDPL.

Director – Mr. Rajnikant Bhuyan

"RKB" as he is popularly known. Rajnikant has 15 years of industry experience in implementing ERP and web applications for businesses. He has extensive experience in the apparel and logistics domain. A Microsoft Certified Dynamics Consultant, Rajnikant is responsible for the implementations and consulting activities of RDPL.

Rajnikant has a bachelors in Science and has numerous certifications to his credit, including Microsoft Certified Network Specialist, Microsoft Certified Dynamics Certification.

Director – Mr. Amit Jain

Amit has over 10 years experience in IT and BPO space. He is black belt certified in Six Sigma Quality processes. As part of the Global Audit Staff for GE, Amit has audited GE businesses across verticals as well as in different geographical locations. Amit is responsible for the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing business.

Amit has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Delhi) and an MBA in finance from SP Jain Institute of Management.
