Challenge

Iflorist.co.uk is one the leading online flower retailers of UK. Their business had grown significantly over the past few years and were struggling to provide service to their global customers. Iflorist wanted to have an integrated software that was flexible enough to manage the online store as well as the back end operations.

Solution

It was decided that Interprise Suite (IS) and AspDotNetStoreFront with DNN would be appropriate solution. RDPL developed plugins in the software that made the checkout process intuitive. The back end IS was customized to incorporate multi-currency, global address and calendar functionality.

Benefit

Iflorist was able to substantially increase their customer conversion rate through implementing the RDPL E-Commerce solution. They were able to create microsites targeted at different markets, yet having a single back-end to make it easy to manage.
