G4PL wanted to provide its customers with a state of the art supply chain visibility tool that lets them integrate the data from different service providers spread globally.

Solution

G4PL selected RDPL’s APPS-Visibility tool. This tool was customized to meet the specific business intelligence and data mining requirements of G4PL. This tool was also adapted so that multiple customers can login and view information ONLY relevant to them, while G4PL employees were able to monitor and update different shipments across the world.

G4PL is able to offer superior customer service through a seamless tool. By integrating data from different service providers, they were able to make it simple to update and view data, providing ease of comparison of rates as well as performance measurement. G4PL also had service agents spread across the globe who followed up on shipments and updated the same system through this web based application.
